A business’s growth demands that systems grow with it. Quantified Ventures was poised to hire ten new employees in the spring of 2023, but they needed a way to efficiently track their new hires’ onboarding progress- who needed a PC, who had questions about health insurance plans, did anyone actually need physical building access and key cards anymore? We helped them understand and collate all the actions new employees need to complete onboarding (fifty-two items in all), then we created a tracking system for their (newly hired!) Human Resources Manager to utilize moving forward. The best thing we created? We designed a centralized system to collect answers to the most-asked onboarding questions, and we made the training decks and videos self-serve and available to everyone in the company.
